All donated fish will once again be auctioned by McDonald Real Estate,  kept on ice supplied by Egmont Seafoods. and filleted on request by Sushi Ninja. 

Sushi Ninja will also be making sushi on the day.

The proceeds of the auction will go to Coast Guard Taranaki.
